  • What to do once I placed my order?
  • You need to wait for an email with order confirmation and reply by following instructions came with it.
  • What is the turnaround time?
  • Expected delivery time will be as follows,
    • 5-7 business days for individual items (banners, brochures, business cards, flyers, hand tags, bundle wraps, logo, social media, templates, thank you cards, and others).
    • 1-2 business weeks for branding packages.
    • 4-6 business weeks for website design and development.
    Above time frame subject to be extended due to unavoidable circumstances such as illness, technical problem, business emergency and so forth.
  • How many revisions I can ask for?
  • All orders are limited to a number of 3 revisions. Additional revisions will cost $10-$30 for each related to the scale of the project. This limit has been implemented in order to maintain the delivery quality and time frame.
  • How can I cancel the order and get refund?
  • To be eligible for a cancellation and refund,
    • Project has not been started yet.
    • If the designer decide to not to continue the project.
    • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
